Overlooking and with access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Red Sea, Bay Villas offer views of the bay and the Red Sea Mountains in the background. These villas are located on our Peninsula’s south side (see Soma Bay's master plan) facing a sheltered bay, and range from two bedrooms to five bedrooms. Land areas start from approximately 1,150 m2 per lot. Natural terracing provides most villas with views of the sea and the Red Sea mountains.

Customers can choose between two distinctive styles: "Mediterranean Style" with a pitched roof over the master bedroom and dining room that is covered with roof tiles; or alternatively, "Soma Bay Style", with domes on the roofs, so typical of the arabesque tradition.
Our standard designs begin with a 185 square meters villa consisting of two-bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a living room, a dining room, kitchen and a guests' WC. This same villa can also be configured to three-bedrooms with the living and dining rooms combined.
The largest standard villa is approximately 800 square meters in area and includes five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a den or TV room, large living room with fireplace, kitchen, separate dining room with vaulted or domed ceiling, staff quarters and courtyard, laundry area, and a two-car garage.
