These villas are located within The Cascades Country Club and its Gary Player designed golf courses - their architecture echoing that of the resort, La Résidence des Cascades.
They have views of the courses and their lakes, with the Red Sea and the striking Arabian Desert Mountain Range in the background.

One and two bedroom apartment units are also available. These too, are located on the same site as the villas and border the Championship Golf Course. The Cascades Golf Apartments are to be found in three-storey buildings. Those on the ground floor have a garden of 100 m2 in area. All apartments offer stunning views of the manicured fairways of the championship course, its lakes and the Red Sea and the mountain range to the West.
