Soma Bay's little village (commercial & entertainment center) overlooking the marina, also has a limited number of one to four-bedroom apartments, some of which are phenomenal duplexes with extraordinary views of the marina, the bay and the Red Sea mountains.
Views from these Marina Apartments are over Marsa Tubya and the new luxury hotel being built and it's "Lazy River", which is directly adjacent. Others give onto the Souk's courtyards or have views towards the Golf Course. Other apartments have views of the hotel's beach or of the Bay Villas site, with the bay and the Red Sea Mountains in the background; others give on the internal courtyards that form part of this intricate Souk.
