Offering a totally different perspective because of their unique, single-file setting on top of our fabulous house reef, these villas have the open sea literally at their feet. Reef Villas are located on the northeast coastline of Soma Bay (see master plan). This site is more rugged and its coastline a series of coves that are very private and exclusive, although not suitable for swimming. However, owners have access to the beautiful beaches of Bay Point.

Here too, customers can choose between our two distinctive styles, Mediterranean or Soma Bay. The Reef Villas range from two-bedroom units to over five bedrooms, with the average plot of land being approximately 2,200 square meters. In addition, because of its relatively more secluded location, Reef Villa owners are permitted greater discretion and may submit proprietary designs for execution in designing their villas, while maintaining the overall character and harmony of Soma Bay.
