Les Thermes Marins des Cascades (TMC) is a spa and thalasso center offering a full range of treatments from its extensive facilities at Soma Bay. TMC has been built as an integral part of La Résidence des Cascades but operates as a stand-alone unit servicing the entire Soma Bay community. A member of The Leading Spas of the World, TMC has been established and is operated in association with Les Thermes Marins de Saint Malo, one of France's leading pioneers in this field. TMC's thalasso-therapy treatments are available either in the form of personalized packages extending over a number of days, or can be experienced as individual "à la carte" treatments. As one of the largest spas and thalasso-therapy centers in the region, highlights of the facilities and treatments include a large seawater facility, the Aquatonic Pool®, which covers an area of 750 square meters, a variety of hydrotherapy treatments, including seaweed wraps and underwater massages, plus beauty & wellness treatments that include personalized fitness, weight and nutrition programs as well as post natal recuperation programs.
