In addition to the Aquatonic Pool®, Les Thermes Marins des Cascades features a variety of hydrotherapy treatments:
Jet Shower
A stimulating full body treatment, performed with a powerful sea water jet.
Dynamic Affusion
A sedative treatment where a light sea water rain is applied to the entire body (with our without massage.)
Underwater Massage
A well-being treatment combining bubble bath effects with the relaxing effects of a massage done by a hydro therapist using a pressure jet, improving blood circulation and releasing muscle tension.
Bubble Bath
An individual relaxing treatment combining seawater and air mixed and applied through the jets of a bath tub, improving the blood circulation.
Seaweed Wrap
The entire body is covered with seaweed paste for 20 minutes of relaxation under a heated cover, followed by a sea water shower, leaving body and mind rejuvenated.
Hydro Pool
Specific exercises in front of warm sea water jets
Aquagym
Exercises in a sea water pool with or without floaters, for muscle toning and silhouette enhancement
