And if its speed on the water that you crave, Soma Bay boasts world famous windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions where strong winds often prevail within a sheltered bay that has easy access to the open sea. Catamaran and Laser boat sailing are also popular with the ability to take lessons for first-timers.
Soma Bay also features a marina, “Marsa Tubya” where yachts can be chartered either for diving trips or for cruising.
