"Marsa Tubya", Soma Bay's marina, will be one of the premier yacht marinas on Egypt's Red Sea Coast.
When fully open, it will be a place where the days flow gently by, its quays spilling into Soma Bay's commercial and entertainment center with it's esplanade and quayside restaurants, cafés and bars to while the hours away. But at night the place awakens with the buzz of vacation night life. The center will be the place to go to for the essentials as well as the luxuries of life.
Marsa Tubya is located inside the bay of Ras Abu Soma. It can accommodate over 70 boats to 40 meters LOA drawing 4 meters (at M.S.L.) Services and facilities will be available directly at quayside. Its sea wall is at 1.25 meters.
Berths - There are over 70 berths. The North basin has a draft of three meters at M.S.L. while the South Basin's maximum draft is four meters. Yachts to 45 meters can be accommodated.
Services - Shore connections at each berth include: Electricity (220VAC, 32A to 100A), Water, Telephone, Satellite Television.
